As we begin another great week and tackle what needs to be handled – here is a recap from last week’s training (from my training notes).
All training is tracked with my Garmin Multi-Sport watch (Forerunner 935) and synced to Strava, along with hand-written notes based on each week. I enjoy the continued practice of journaling and looking back at my notes as my training, and I grow as a person.

Recap
Felt strong this week. Will continue to focus on the run because I have a Half Marathon on November 6th.
I raced this race 2 years ago and was able to snag the first-place age group award. I will be aiming to hopefully PR and win the AG award again.
